Cash at Call is a NOT a “Payday Lender” – we do not offer these products or any short term loan products (less than 60day duration). Cash at Call is credit assistance provider that specialises in consumer credit products including personal and business loans for any legitimate purpose.

How much does it cost and how much interest do you charge?

That depends on how much you borrow and over what length of time. As soon as you are approved for a contract, a Cash at Call Consultant will discuss repayments & any applicable interest with you prior to receiving your contract to ensure the terms are affordable for you and suit your requirements. Cash at Call delivers a range of credit products and whilst contract pricing is unique to the specific products and terms defined with an approved applicant, a typical contract may have an APR of 15%.

Can I pay my contract out early?

Of course. Unlike many other financial institutions our lenders have no hidden fees or charges and any early payments you make reduce the interest on the loan and serve to enhance your credit rating.

What happens if I can't pay on time?

Please contact us as soon as possible on 1300 726 787 so that we can discuss the matter to determine a resolution. As all contracts will be between you and your specific lender, terms may vary based on the lender selected. As a general guide a default fee may be charged by the lender if you fail to make a payment in accord with your loan contract. If you remain in default a lender has the lawful right (and obligation) to recover money owed in compliance with the National Consumer Credit Code 2010 (NCCC). If your account remains in arrears after 60 days, your lender may mark your credit file with a default. This will appear on your file for 5 years and may impact your ability to procure credit.

Will my privacy be protected?

Yes - Always. Cash at Call and its associates operate a strict Privacy Policy which ensures your information is not provided to unwanted parties. We also understand that personal finance is a confidential matter and we always exhibit discretion in all dealings. Plus we use SSL encryption protection technology (just like the banks...)

Do you charge any renewal fees?

No we don’t. All contracts must be finalised before a new contract can be issued.
