How Our Cash Loans Work
Who do we lend to?
Cash at Call lends to:
- People who have been employed at your current location for at least 3 months and whose net (take home) pay is more than $500 per week.
- People with an impaired credit history (terms and conditions apply).
What documents does a first time customers need to supply?
To support your application you will need to supply the following documentation. This can be done by contacting us either by fax or scanning and emailing it to us (it helps if you put your name in the subject line):

Identification:
a) Drivers License or Passport and Medicare Card, key card from a bank;
b) Proof of residential address – utility bill, rent receipt, etc. - Financial Information:
a) 2 months of Bank statements transactions dated from the current date backwards (on-line transaction history accepted)
b) 2 recent pay slips; and -
Security (if you are applying for more than $2,000):
a) Copy of vehicle registration papers for a vehicle you own, if you are applying for more than $2,000. NB: Vehicle required to be in the applicants name and NOT under finance.
What are the benefits of being an existing customer?
As an existing customer with an established credit history with Cash at Call, the application for a new loan is much quicker and simpler. Simply contact us and either fax or scan and email through the following documents and let us know how much you are after and we will assess your application immediately.
- A Bank Statement for the last month;
- A recent Payslip and Centrelink Income Statement (if applicable).
Once we have the signed documents back we will put the funds directly into your account.
How does it work?
You can either apply by phone or over the internet.
When applying over the phone:
- You can call and complete an application over the phone with one of our friendly staff;
- You then supply (by email, fax or post) the supporting documents required (i.e. identification and financial information);
- Once you have been approved we send you (by email, fax or post) documents to sign;
- Once we have received these back we transfer the funds into your account that day.
For online applications:
- You complete the application on our secure website;
- If pre-approved*, you receive an email detailing the documentation we require to process your loan;
- You then supply (by email, fax or post) the documents required (i.e. identification and financial information);
- We will contact you if we require any further information or need to discuss the application with you within 24hrs;
- Once you have final approval we will forward the documents (by email, fax or post) for you to sign;
- Once we have received these back we will transfer the funds into your nominated bank account that day.
* Please note this approval is valid for 5 days only - so don't delay!
How much can I borrow?
You can borrow any amount from $1,000 to $5,000.
How long until I get the money?
- It is our aim to advance the funds to you the same day that you apply*;
- If we are electronically transferring the funds into your bank account then typically the money will be in your account the next day;
*Based on application supplied with all required supporting documentation and application being approved.
What is the fastest way to obtain money?
- Have an established Credit Rating with us (About Us). Ask our friendly staff about this when you are completing the application;
- If this is your first time with us then please provide all the required supporting information when completing the application.
How long do I have to pay it back?
Once we understand your circumstances we will match you to the appropriate repayment schedule. The contracted repayment period is variable up to 1 year. Again, we need to understand your circumstances to make this decision.
Is Security Required?
Security may be required (but is not mandatory) for your loan, this will be discussed during the loan application process. For all loans above $2,000 a motor vehicle, boat, motorcycle, truck or alternate registered item will be required for security.

Our customers require finance for a variety of reasons (Car Repairs, Registration, Holidays, Household Goods or other valid reasons). Cash at Call can help you in just about any situation.
